Treatments are charged to the guest room and payable at check-out.
For cancellation, guests must inform at least 4 hours before single treatments and 24 hours before packages.
Late cancellation may be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
Guests should arrive on time to enjoy the full treatment duration.
