Participants must be on time for their scheduled session.
A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed.
The slot will be automatically cancelled if the participant is more than 15 minutes late.
Late arrivals beyond the grace period are not eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or compensation.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time.
