Reservations are subject to table availability and confirmation by Luna Bistro & Patisserie.
Customers are required to provide accurate contact details when making a reservation.
The minimum number of guests per reservation is 2 pax, and the maximum number of guests per reservation is 6 pax.
Reservations can be made at least 6 hours in advance before the preferred dining time.
Customers may cancel their reservation up to 2 hours before the reservation time.
A reminder will be sent approximately 1 hour 30 minutes before the reservation time.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes from the reserved time. Late arrivals may result in the table being released.
Any changes to the reservation date, time, or number of guests are subject to availability.
Special requests such as preferred seating, birthday arrangements, or dietary requirements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Promotional offers, vouchers, or membership rewards used during the visit are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Luna Bistro & Patisserie reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, private events, or operational needs.
