Reservation

Reservation Eligibility

• Reservations are available to registered Parkway Plaza customers only.
• Customers must provide accurate personal information during the reservation process.

Reservation Confirmation

• A reservation is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation notification via email or the customer portal.
• Reservations are subject to availability and may be declined if slots are full.

Reservation Period & Time

• Customers must adhere to the reserved date and time.
• Reservations may be canceled automatically if the customer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time.

Cancellation & Modifications

• Customers can cancel or modify their reservation via the portal at least 24 hours before the reserved time.
• Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to penalties or loss of loyalty points.

No-Show Policy

• Customers who fail to honor a reservation without proper cancellation may be restricted from making future reservations.
